Assistant PreConstruction Manager

Description

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as part of a preconstruction, engineering, design or construction team (Internships count!)
• Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
• Familiarity with Sketchup, Bluebeam, Procore and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Technology: Familiarity with relevant construction industry technology and applications, including Assemble, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Project is preferred
• A valid Driver’s License
• Must live within a commutable distance from Fort Lauderdale, Florida
• Professional Degree in construction management, architecture or a related field (mechanical or civil engineering) is required
• Expectations: Attention to detail, excellent communication (written and verbal), strong organizational skills, ability to interact as part of a team
