Assist the Project Manager with communicating complex issues or opportunities to project leadership and senior stakeholders, supporting with resolution.
Assist with human resource management (drafting job postings, scheduling interviews, etc.)
Liaise with internal and external teams / vendors / system integrators on data migration and system interface activities to ensure dependencies are understood, addressed, and requirements are correctly defined, recorded, and communicated using documents such as Business Requirements, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, Business Scenarios, Use Cases and User Stories, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Functional Specifications, and User Interface Specifications.
May provide recommendation on improvements in their area of expertise (identifying process improvement opportunities, informing process designs, integrations, etc.)
Establishing a unified operational/delivery management tool in Jira across multiple projects, work programs, across teams and sustainment so product owners and scrum master can see resource requirements over a 3 – 6 month horizon in one place.
Facilitate and lead collaborative workshops with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, business and technical stakeholders, and implementation consultants both internal and external to to conduct analysis as part of assigned activities.
Assist the Project Manager with planning activities for subsequent phases of the project; conduct analysis to inform business case development; contribute to the successful transition to sustainment teams.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to other IT BDS Consultants on the project or as part of the BDS function to ensure projects conduct high quality analysis.
Support of standards across product areas within SAP team
Improve transparency to business of work initiatives and their status.
Support viability of solution design, i.e., solution is integrated within future state processes and satisfies business requirements and project objectives.
May be asked to lead IT BDS Consultants Level 2 on their project.
Provide ongoing clarification and support to the business stakeholders, users, development, training, and testing teams to ensure correct interpretation of the business requirements and process design and to contribute to their success.
Provide subject matter expertise in one or more key areas such as specific applications or infrastructure technologies, as applicable to continuously build capability at .
Streamlining of workflow processes within SAP IT / Assist in reduction of administrative burden for SAP team members.
Administration and Quality control on multiple delivery initiatives
Conduct impact analysis on changes to designs / scope, record changes in the change log and communicate to the project team.
Produce high quality analysis and documentation such as Governance documents, Process Impact Assessments, Process Maps and Designs and follow through on deliverables with stakeholder engagement, reviews, approvals, and signoffs so that projects are implemented safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
Assist with testing, including creation of test documentation such as Test Plans, Test Scenarios/Scripts and Test Reports to ensure that the business requirements are met.
May be required to participate in or lead change management activities and produce documentation, e.g., Stakeholder Impact Analysis, Change Management Approach, and Training Materials to deliver communication to stakeholders during roll-out activities.

Bachelor’s degree in computing science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience working in SAP office environment
Demonstrated understanding of the SAP ecosystem, specifically related to major implementation projects, data migration, and system integration dependencies.
5 years of experience as a team lead or a Lead Business Analyst on complex IT implementations or equivalent, responsible for overseeing the work of other Business Analysts, providing coaching and mentorship
Demonstrated business acumen, including an understanding of how the business objectives will be met with the technology solutions.
Expert-level ability to produce and manage detailed project and process documentation (BRD, Process Maps, RTM, Test Plans).
Proficiency in conducting impact analysis and contributing to business case development. Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Visio.
Good working knowledge of Public sector or utilities industry would be an asset for this role
MUST have excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
