Experience with semi-crystalline and amorphous plastics and ability to process materials through various types (makes) of injection molding and extrusion machines.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Plastics/Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding Process Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing plastic processing, including shrinkage management, mold qualification, post-molding operations, auxiliary equipment integration, and product testing.
