ERM is seeking a motivated, hands‑on Contaminated Land & Remediation Consulting Associate for its Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation team in the UK. The role reports to programme managers and partners and involves work on site investigation and remediation projects across the region, with growing task and project management responsibilities. It offers the chance to work with technical experts, apply the latest investigation and remediation technologies, and gain experience toward professional registration. The position is field‑based, requiring regular travel to client sites.
Candidates should have a strong appetite for outdoor work and willingness to travel frequently. Prior experience supporting investigation, risk assessment, or environmental assessment work, preferably with field‑work supervision in an environmental or water consultancy, is desired. Experience on active industrial sites or remote locations and a degree in environmental sciences, hydrogeology, geology, geochemistry or chemistry are preferred, though non‑degree candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
