The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for all cost and contractual issues on Main contract as well as Sub-contracts connected to the project.
Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts
Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
With the understanding of the contractual legal rights, he/ she will be involved in advising the management on their position of the contract from the tender stage
Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment

Candidates with knowledge in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, FIDIC Short Form of Contracts will be an added advantage
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
Able to share new perspectives on cost, orders and claims
Minimum 6 years working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities on projects worth at least $100 million
Be familiar with various stages of projects so as to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials
