- Support IT budget coordination, procurement, and invoice processing.
- Track supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
- Coordinate project and product team schedules, activities, and reporting.
- Support internal communications via newsletters, intranet, and IT Town Halls.
- Maintain resource and capacity planning tools, highlighting gaps and risks.
- Provide training and support on project management tools and templates.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and highlight risks.
- Assist with process improvement and documentation across the IT department.
- Manage reporting tools and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, including meeting agendas and updates.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Experience working with suppliers and validating invoices.
- Customer-first thinking.
- Experience supporting IT departments or project offices.
- Ability to manage time, resources, and project schedules effectively.
- UK driving licence (desirable for travel between Landmarc locations).
