Technicians operate surveying instruments, process field measurements, maintain crew vehicle supplies, and can serve as both rod person and crew chief when required.
- Operate total stations, levels, and other measuring devices to collect survey data.
- Process field measurements and perform limited equipment maintenance.
- Maintain and restock supplies for crew vehicles.
- Perform rod‑person duties and substitute as crew chief when absent.
- Travel as required and lift/carry survey equipment on projects.
- Set up and proficiently use all surveying equipment and measuring devices.
- Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or vocational/technical training, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, and the ability to travel, lift equipment, clear brush, and proficiently use all measuring devices.
