The role seeks a dynamic, strategic leader to champion engineering standards and expand our Centers of Excellence (COE) across the Central BSNA region. Acting as a bridge between innovation, product development and sales, you will streamline pre‑ and post‑sales processes, mentor a high‑performing sales engineering team, and serve as a change agent in a fast‑paced growth environment.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships across BSNA sub‑regions, communicating COE capabilities, and identifying quick wins that support long‑term sales growth. You will liaison between COE sales support and Lifecycle Solutions teams, prepare COE for new product launches, and provide timely feedback to product teams while tracking engagement in Salesforce. Additionally, you will lead process‑improvement initiatives, balance workloads, promote best practices, and stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies.
We require 3‑5 years of experience managing technical or sales engineering teams, strong communication across all levels, and excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. A deep understanding of pre‑ and post‑sales engineering, familiarity with financial and operational IT systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 30%, hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred), and have knowledge of Johnson Controls products and the building technologies or lifecycle solutions industry.

The salary range is $105,000 to $140,000, with a competitive bonus plan tied to individual, group and corporate performance, and a robust benefits package.
