Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations
Participate in the on-call rota to provide emergency support when required
Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure systems are restored to operational standards
Support installation and commissioning projects when required
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service visits on Hi-Fog / Marioff systems
Complete service reports, maintenance records and documentation to company and client standards
Work closely with clients and site teams to provide technical advice and solutions

Proven, hands-on work experience with mechanical system installation/maintenance/service, mechanical engineering knowledge, preferably with products including piping/hydraulics
Previous experience working with fire suppression systems (Hi-Fog / Marioff or water mist experience highly desirable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, customer-oriented approach
Willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home where required, workload tolerance
Previous experience/knowledge of electricity/electrical automation technology
Engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, FIA or equivalent) preferred
