Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a logical and effective manner.
Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools (e.g., ANSYS,) and hand calculation for structural, thermal, and vibration analysis
Knowledge of high-temperature materials, coatings, and welding techniques used in gas turbine rotating parts components.
Familiarity with gas turbine performance, aerodynamic principles, and material selection for gas turbine systems.
Proficient in the use of various MS Office Suite programs.
Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) for component design and modeling
Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience
Experience with thermal, structural, and vibration analysis for rotating parts components
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) are preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with ISO standards, ASME, or aerospace-specific regulations (e.g., AMS, ASTM) is highly desirable.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance the need for performance, manufacturability, and cost.
In-depth knowledge with drawing GT&D in alignment with manufacture and repair of gas turbine rotating parts components.
