- Proven experience in painting (interior and exterior), preferably in multi-family or residential settings.
- Efficient and organized with a strong work ethic—able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in: Rolling, brushing, and spraying techniques. Surface preparation (sanding, patching, priming). Using ladders and other painting tools safely.
