The role involves prospecting and converting leads into profitable relationships, leveraging Schneider’s portfolio to create tailored sustainability solutions. The CDM will lead proposal development, coordinating with solutions architects, operations, and delivery teams, and will negotiate and close enterprise‑level contracts for climate‑change, climate‑risk, and supply‑chain services. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have a proven record of selling professional services to senior executives in the U.S. commercial or industrial sector, preferably within energy, sustainability consulting, cleantech, or related industries.
