Monitor analyst reports and provide summaries to senior management
Monitor public information on FLCT and conduct periodic reviews of market sentiment
Assist in the preparation of the Annual Sustainability Report in accordance with applicable regulatory and sustainability reporting standards

Help coordinate climate-related disclosures including Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions reporting
Assist in creating presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for quarterly announcements and other investor engagement activities
Assist in GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) submissions and assessments
Provide logistics support for investor relations events, including liaison with internal and external parties for local and regional investor and analyst presentations, roadshows, seminars, webcasts, conference calls, and AGMs/EGMs
Prepare quarterly and other periodic financial analyses, reports, and regulatory reporting materials
Support in the development and assist in execution of the REIT's investor relations plan and strategy
Assist in monitoring and reporting on the REIT's sustainability roadmap and targets
Manage and maintain investor relations systems and tools, including:
