Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring that all members are aligned with the project's goals and objectives.
Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that projects comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Budget & Cost Control:Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.
Performance Tracking:Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, government agencies, and suppliers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
