Assist with business development through proposal preparation and client interactions as needed.
Lead landscape architecture projects from initial concept through construction, managing all phases of design and delivery.
Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, municipalities, and external consultants.
Mentor junior staff, providing guidance, feedback, and quality review.
Participate in site assessments, design charrettes, and client meetings.
Create innovative site design solutions for public, private, and institutional clients.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Proven ability to independently manage mid- to large-scale projects.
Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp; experience with Civil 3D, Lumion, or other 3D visualization tools is a plus.
Licensed Landscape Architect (RLA) strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
Solid understanding of planting design, environmental conditions, and regulatory requirements.
