Minimum of 10 to 20 years’ relevant experience.
Knowledge of MUTCD and AASHTO design methods, standards, and specifications.
Working knowledge of Microstation, In Roads and Open Roads
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Master’s degree in civil engineering preferred.
Proven ability to manage large transportation engineering projects and teams effectively
P.E. License in ME (multi-state Preferred)
Experience with Maine Turnpike Authority, MaineDOT, and local municipalities, strong preference given to local experience
