Description

The technician will inspect roofs, siding, windows, and doors, assess conditions, and recommend suitable repair solutions. Repairs and installations are performed using appropriate tools and materials in compliance with safety standards. Clear communication with customers about needs, processes, and timelines is essential. The job site must be kept clean and organized, and detailed records of work and materials are maintained.

• Inspect exterior elements such as roofs, siding, windows, and doors.

• Communicate repair needs, processes, and timelines to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly care for tools and materials.
• Document work performed and materials used for each project.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior home repair, including roofing and siding.
• Knowledge of various exterior materials and installation techniques.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
