The co‑op program offers engineering students hands‑on experience with AutoCAD and Revit, allowing them to create real construction drawings for actual CMTA projects while learning from professional engineers.
Co‑ops will receive extensive training in mechanical, HVAC, and energy design, contributing to complex MEP projects and becoming integral members of the design team.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, preferably sophomore or junior
- AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work full‑time throughout the co‑op term
- Able to travel locally for site inspections and field work

Benefits
This full‑time, onsite position runs 40 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate and overtime eligibility, beginning around January 2026 and continuing through the Spring 2026 semester, with flexibility to align with academic calendars.
