- Greet prospects and conduct engaging property tours
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
- Apply strong leasing, follow-up, and phone techniques
- Address resident concerns with professionalism
- Execute lease agreements, collect deposits, and maintain resident files
- Support curb appeal through inspections and property upkeep
- Assist with marketing, outreach, and social media efforts

- Bilingual skills a plus
- Must be available to work Saturdays
