This full‑time traveling assignment supports an Advanced Technology project covering Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments. The role leads, directs and coordinates the overall management of multiple projects.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering and accounting principles, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications and schedules. Experience with BIM, Lean methods, and demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities are also required.
Physical demands involve climbing stairs and ladders, using hoists, negotiating construction zones, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The role requires good vision, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
