• Administer and secure corporate devices using Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM tools.

• Manage Exchange Online accounts, distribution lists, and mail flow rules.
• Support users with software and hardware issues as needed.
• Recommend and implement process and system enhancements to drive efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Troubleshoot email issues, configure forwarding, and maintain security filters.
• Enforce company security policies and manage access to resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align business and IT objectives.
• Play a crucial role in shaping IT infrastructure and security for a growing business.
• Manage access control policies and permissions to safeguard sensitive data.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries across the business.

Technical Problem Solving

• Excellent troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network systems
• Understanding of AI-driven process automation
• Experience in project management and network diagnostics
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and training
• Skilled in device management (Intune or equivalent)
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (AD) and Power Platform
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint development
