Tasks

-Provide first and second-line support for Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and network systems. -Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. -Assist with wider IT initiatives to support business goals. -Stay current with evolving IT trends and technologies. -Implement practical, long-term solutions that enhance performance and reliability. -Administer and secure corporate devices using Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM tools. -Ensure adherence to IT compliance standards and conduct regular audits. -Manage Exchange Online accounts, distribution lists, and mail flow rules. -Support users with software and hardware issues as needed. -Recommend and implement process and system enhancements to drive efficiency. -Identify and mitigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. -Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption. -Troubleshoot email issues, configure forwarding, and maintain security filters. -Enforce company security policies and manage access to resources. -Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align business and IT objectives. -Play a crucial role in shaping IT infrastructure and security for a growing business. -Manage access control policies and permissions to safeguard sensitive data. -Act as the first point of contact for technical queries across the business.
