Manage Eaton plant & factory communication
Develop WBS/Cost Milestones forecast worksheets for revenue recognition projects Maintain project schedule, cost tracking, and cost estimate with the project management team
Lead Program level Backlog meetings and margin reviews
Generate 3rd party equipment purchase order requisition
Manage an entire project as an assigned Project Managers (based on project size and complexity)
Responsible for equipment order accuracy, Value-Engineer equipment design and equipment schedule for the project
Provide technical assistance after order receipt & interface with Eaton plants and service organizations
Interface with other Eaton plants & services for solutions and price negotiation

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 3 years of experience in engineering, sales, project management or field service experience in electrical assemblies, electrical distribution and/or power protection technology OR Associates Degree from an accredited institution and 5 years’ experience engineering, sales, project management or field service experience in electrical assemblies, electrical distribution and/or power protection technology
Working knowledge of all software packages relevant to successful performance of tasks.
Strong technical writing ability, organizational skills, documentation and communication skills, and have previously functioned as part of a team dynamic
Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication skills. Particular skill in communicating technical information to non-technical personnel, educating customers, and presenting information to internal and external customers.
