Assembler

Description

• Identify unit options using the bill of materials and complete required work per unit.
• Assemble work content to meet production standards and interpret engineering drawings.
• Utilize production support tools such as VKS and AMS across all line stations.
• Train new team members on machines, procedures, safety, quality, and production practices.
• Maintain the 5S program to ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Rework defective pieces to comply with quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine fabrication and assembly methods.
• Effectively use hand tools in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Read and follow wiring schematics, complete wiring training, and achieve certification.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and obtain a PIT license.
• Obtain certification in leak testing, vacuum, and charging operations.
• Demonstrate ability to read and understand written English.
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
