We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation and control for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, cost planning, tendering, budgeting, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Evaluate and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations and assist in vendor selection.
  • Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Support contract negotiations and post-contract cost management.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align cost control strategies.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for civil and architectural works.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Maintain cost databases and update with market price trends.
  • Monitor project budgets, track variations, and report deviations from estimated costs.
  • Analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate cost projections.
