Shermco Industries is seeking a skilled National Account Manager to lead client relationships on a national basis within the renewables and energy sector. The role serves as the senior account representative, working with national clients and partners across coal, solar, wind, nuclear and related services, and requires at least five years of experience selling electrical or engineering services. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership abilities, be able to guide a team of salespeople, and ideally reside in Auburn, WA or the Midwest; travel is expected to be 50 %.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
- Minimum five years’ experience in regional or national account management selling electrical or engineering services to renewables/energy.
- Proven track record of sales performance.
- Ability to interact with all organization levels, from engineers to CEOs.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and technical indicators.
- Aptitude for analysis, strategy, and decisive decision‑making.
- Excellent interpersonal and client‑relations skills.
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentations.
- Dynamic, creative problem‑solving abilities.
