They are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their senior management team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring contracts are effectively managed from pre-construction through to handover, while maintaining strong commercial and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Support project delivery teams by providing contractual and commercial guidance.
- Lead and manage the full contract lifecycle, including tendering, negotiations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Provide regular progress and commercial reports to senior management.
