The Senior Mobile Engineer will be the technical owner of the iOS applications that construction crews use in the field, shaping architecture, guiding delivery, and converting complex on‑site workflows into reliable, user‑friendly mobile experiences.
- Own and evolve iOS apps used daily by construction field teams.
- Lead design and implementation of offline‑first workflows and data synchronization.
- Convert complex field processes into intuitive, consumer‑grade mobile experiences.
- Partner with product, design, construction ops, and platform engineering to define requirements and technical trade‑offs.
- Shape mobile architecture, data models, and API contracts for long‑term scalability.
- Deliver high‑quality production code with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers and elevate mobile engineering practices.

- Deep expertise in native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.

- Experience building offline‑first apps with local data management and conflict resolution.
- Track record of shipping AI‑powered or ML‑backed features.
- Familiarity with GraphQL backends and a passion for improving developer experience.
- Work with SwiftUI, SwiftData, GraphQL, GitHub/CircleCI, and Tuist.
