• Represent the company with professionalism and uphold our reputation in the market
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and lead clients through the full transaction cycle
• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Collaborate with the sales team, provide mentorship when needed, and contribute to a high-performance culture
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with new launches, secondary inventory, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate guidance on property selection, pricing, procedures, and documentation
• Maintain CRM records, follow internal protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals independently while contributing to team growth and performance.

• RERA certification
• Strong understanding of RERA regulations, Form A/B/F procedures, and end-to-end transaction processes
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Valid UAE driving license
• Supportive management and organized internal processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE (primary and secondary market)
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Modern office environment, marketing support, and advanced CRM tools
