We are hiring a MIS Executive / Analyst in Hyderabad. The role involves collecting, validating, and maintaining data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and security. You will prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, analyze trends, develop dashboards, maintain MIS tools, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with company policies, document processes, and collaborate with Finance, HR and Operations to support strategic planning.
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity and security.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and analyze data trends for actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track performance metrics.
- Maintain and troubleshoot MIS tools, coordinating with IT for issue resolution.
- Ensure reports comply with company policies and maintain documentation of processes and data flow.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams for data collection and strategic planning support.

The ideal candidate holds any graduate degree and has 1–2 years of experience in MIS or data analysis. Required skills include advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, as well as good communication and time‑management. Performance will be measured by report accuracy (<2 % error), timeliness, number of automated reports, and stakeholder satisfaction scores.
