Responsible for maintaining PWA system & aligning with Finance on budgets & Forecast
Ensures that all facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Report and escalate to management as needed
Responsible for SAT completion
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Defining project budget .
Develop ind.proj. roadmap to be shared with project accountable as well as other team members (PWA)
Responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of buildings and facilities.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Ensure that all projects (infrastructure, High Value projects & Key projects) are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Coordinate with Reliability Engineer on LTAP & PWA
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Meet with project accountable to make up detailed scope and clarify specific requirements of each project
Manage EMR process, and work with cross functional areas
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short (scope, time, budget) and long-term(sustainability , TCO, output,..) goals
Manage the relationship with the project accountable and all stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Ensure resource availability and allocation
