The Facilities Executive – Work Dynamics role oversees daily property operations, including administrative functions, security, and facility services, while continuously improving processes. The incumbent manages supplies, ensures adequate stock, and handles service contracts approved by clients. They also contribute to emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning, and stay vigilant on health and safety matters.
Ideal candidates hold a degree in business, hotel, or building management and possess three to five years of facilities management experience. They must demonstrate strong knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, and client‑centric service, along with proven team‑leadership, improvement‑plan execution, and superior communication and reporting skills.
