As Product Manager, Service and Upgrades, you will support development of the cross‑platform parts and kits strategy for the Waukesha service product line, along with supporting the launch of differentiated service products for the Waukesha gas engine install base, which will be a key metric for the position.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives for Waukesha service platforms, including launching new parts and upgrade kits for existing engines, and coordinating commercial launches of new service products to sales managers, parts distributors, and end users. You will also deliver service‑scope strategies, update the cross‑platform lifecycle program and digital parts catalog, work closely with end users and channel partners to communicate lifecycle and catalog changes, and coordinate with new‑unit product management teams to ensure service readiness of new product introductions. Additional duties include supporting parts pricing and item activation, as well as analyzing install‑base parts market share and channel‑partner performance.
Your profile: A Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma with equivalent experience) and four years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a customer‑facing service role. Ability and willingness to travel up to 25 % of the time within North America, proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel, and prior experience with indirect channel or distribution networks.
