Designing and implementing training plans, schedules supportive of project needs, and content in collaboration with Operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Training Manager.
Developing engaging, effective learning content tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
Overseeing both in-person and virtual learning environments, ensuring operational excellence in logistics, facilitation support, and learner engagement.
Serving as a primary liaison for learners, facilitators, and leadership, providing timely communication, support, and issue resolution.
Administering the Learning Management System (Talent Navigator), including course creation, prework assignment, and data reporting.
Collecting and analyzing learner feedback and performance data to inform curriculum enhancements and strategic decisions.
Adopt best practices from across business groups and partner with Labor Relations Department to identify development areas for union craft halls.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Managing the full lifecycle of learning programs, including enrollment, progress tracking, and performance evaluation while scaling modules across multishift teams on a project site.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Skilled in identifying issues, solving problems, and making sound decisions to support learning outcomes.
7+ years total experience; 4+ years of experience in training, talent development, or instructional design, including content creation and program coordination.
Regular, reliable attendance
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within decentralized teams.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Proven ability to manage complex training initiatives, prioritize diverse tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, learner-focused approach.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Talent Navigator) preferred.
High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and operational procedures.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
