Advises facility leadership on maintenance needs and operations, partners to fully develop 6 to 12 month maintenance schedules including full-facility shutdowns to complete needed repairs
Manages spare parts inventory, identifying business-critical parts and collaborating with procurement to obtain parts and maintain stock of frequently used materials
Updates maintenance documentation accurately to ensure maintenance schedules are followed
Provides hands-on support for all maintenance operations within the facility
Participates in review of proposed machinery acquisitions from a maintenance and repair support perspective
Autonomy and Decision-Making: Makes decisions on assigned areas of responsibility, provides recommendations to supervisor and refers all exceptions to supervisor, as needed.
Collaborates with Production Team to diagnose performance issues with machinery
Repairs or replaces worn or broken parts within machinery with guidance from facility leadership
Reviews schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documentation to determine maintenance and repair needs
Leads rebuilding of machinery as needed
Follows all manufacturers specified and internal safety guidelines
Performs repairs in a timely and efficient manner to minimize impact on production operations
Ensures all operations are carried out by team members safely

5+ years’ experience conducting repairs, maintenance, or installation of manufacturing equipment in an actively operating manufacturing environment (Required)
Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner
Communication skills, verbal and written
Must be able to lift at least to 50 pounds
Ability to identify common manufacturing materials and equipment
Must be comfortable working at projected heights and narrow workspace
Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet business needs
In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to follow-up on inquiries in a timely manner
Experience machining equipment parts from raw materials (Preferred)
background screening and drug‑free workplace required.
