You will work on the Uisce Éireann Growth & Development Programme and the Engineering Services Provider Framework, providing design services for water and wastewater treatment plants, networks, and associated infrastructure. The position offers the chance to influence national‑scale programmes that enable social and economic growth, including essential housing.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and integration of all MEICA design elements from concept through detailed design, forecasting technical resources for bids, and ensuring projects meet scope, time, cost and quality targets. You will champion health and safety, drive innovation in sustainability and energy efficiency, and build geographically diverse MEICA teams while collaborating with global Enterprise Capability centres.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8) in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline and be an Incorporated or Chartered Engineer. Extensive water and wastewater experience, process‑safety knowledge, and the ability to manage the full project lifecycle—from proposal to hand‑over—are essential, together with strong communication skills to represent AECOM with clients.
