The Associate Director will act as a senior technical advisor, providing specialized input to studies and designs, developing procedures for high‑quality, cost‑effective work, and participating in interdisciplinary reviews. Responsibilities also include preparing construction cost and effort estimates, performing quality‑control reviews, drafting technical specifications, and supporting the development of engineering budgets and schedules.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Power or Energy Systems and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) license. At least 15 years of consulting or design experience is required, with a focus on grid‑connection studies (PSSE, PSCAD, ETAP) for renewable energy projects, preparation of technical study reports, and leadership of specialist study teams. Knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc.) and strong English communication skills are essential.
