What you would be doing

due diligence

Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential sites, including zoning, environmental assessments, permitting requirements, and utility infrastructure availability
Help identify potential sites for development, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with the technical, legal and financial teams to evaluate and secure land rights over suitable properties.
Evaluate and implement sustainable energy solutions, such as renewable energy sources and energy-efficient technologies, to optimize power consumption and reduce environmental impact.
Coordinate with the technical, sales and financial teams to build the assumptions for the financial model.
Be part of the end-to-end development process for projects, from inception to construction start, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, design, and construction, to develop and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry best practices and customer requirements.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including landowners, real estate brokers, government agencies, utilities and optic fiber providers, to facilitate smooth project execution, coordinate with the strategy team on relationships with government agencies.
