Primary point of contact for day-to-day facility services and requests
Support ancillary facilities, events, team members, and facility logistics
Solicit bids and monitor contractor performance for facility projects, testing and building systems inspections
Participate in on-call, after hours for building emergencies
Responsible for property level special projects, capital improvement, operational decisions, domestic mail and facility services
Perform facility inspections, service response, and minor equipment repairs
Provide budgetary guidance
Work with Operations Manager to ensure all facility services, budgets, special projects, tenant improvements and emergency plans are implemented timely and properly
Perform tasks related to employee move-in and move-out activity, associated furniture, and recordkeeping
Provide project management of onsite projects
Meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations daily
Monitor, order approved purchases for building supplies, materials, and assigned projects

Minimum two years of experience in property or facility building operations
Comprehensive understanding of integrated facility management services
Exceptional customer service abilities
Hold regional or local licensing/certifications in facility management

Reliable, motivated; can work independently as well as on a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility software systems
