Analyst, Sustainability Data and Reporting

Description

• Assist the team with client delivery milestones to ensure they are being met.
• Jointly manage commissioning projects, developing commissioning activity schedules and sequences-of-work.
• Assist the reporting team with insights, analytics, preparing data and presentations.
• Develop a detailed understanding of JLL’s sustainability reporting application and how we support clients in measuring sustainability performance.
• Assist the team with delivering projects that will enable clients to meet sustainability reporting objectives.
• Create and distribute project closeout reports using Microsoft word, excel, and SharePoint.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, ensuring all documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
• Liaise with team members, outside consultants and contractors to assist in documentation collection, issue resolution and project scheduling.
• Review and processing of project proposals, change orders, and invoices within financial system.

Requirements

• Insights, element visualisation, and presenting data.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules.
• Experience in Sustainability data and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Previous project management experience.
