Contribute to weekly meetings with updates on appointment volumes and lead status.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain the benefits of our financial services offering.
Actively prospect for financial services opportunities from ROSIE.
Be the first point of contact for all financial services enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain up-to-date records to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
Monitor appointment pipelines and support the Financial Services Manager in achieving KPIs.
Use the ROSIE system and other CRM tools to log all interactions and appointment data accurately.
Book financial services appointments efficiently with in-house mortgage advisers and ensure accurate diary coordination.
Support marketing and local campaigns aimed at increasing financial services penetration.
Engage regularly with clients who are at various stages of the buying or selling journey to offer relevant financial services support.
Work closely with sales, lettings, and mortgage advisors to ensure excellent cross-departmental communication and handovers.
Follow up on all appointments with Adviser, maintain client contact records, and ensure continued customer engagement through the booking process.
Manage and respond to all leads from internal systems, portals, and referrals with urgency and professionalism.
