QHSE Manager

• Lead the QHSE team and collaborate with department heads to instill a strong safety and quality culture.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor and report on key safety KPIs and performance metrics.
• Oversee implementation of ISO 14001 environmental management system.
• Report environmental performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure quality control procedures and product inspections meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement QHSE strategies aligned with CHINT’s operational goals.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and drive decision-making based on QHSE data insights.
• Manage waste disposal, emissions control, and resource conservation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and CHINT’s global standards.
• Lead risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, certification entities, and third-party auditors.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain.
• Promote safety awareness and lead training sessions for all factory personnel.

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and detail-oriented QHSE Manager to lead the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment operations at our Dammam Medium Voltage products manufacturing facility. The QHSE Manager will ensure compliance with local and international standards, promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and support operational efficiency across all departments.

• Preferably with master’s or professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in QHSE roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A strong experience within the manufacturing facility managing the quality of the product and responsible for the health & safety measures of the facility
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and Saudi regulatory requirements.
