Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
May be required to work in varying weather conditions or outdoor settings.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
