Prepares and reviews inspection and observation reports submitted to various agencies and other clients.

Oversight of all Materials testing on soils, asphalt, and concrete.
Manages special inspectors and technician staff
Oversight of all IBC Special Inspections in accordance with IBC Chapter 17
Oversees the preparation and submission of timely reports and maintenance of records
Develops, implements, and interprets policies, procedures, and programs for special inspection and testing
Communicates, interprets, and keeps current on changes in observation and inspection guidelines and regulations. billings versus budget through regular meetings with Principals.
