Support the coordination and roll out of the annual performance cycle, talent management and succession planning
Build strong and practical relationships with operational managers in order to achieve high performance outcomes
Assist to obtain recommendations on salary benchmarking and remunerations packages
Manage accurate information on the HRIS and provide reports and data analysis across a range of HR metrics
Provide consistent and compliant human resources and employee relations advice across operational areas
Advise and support managers on employee relations matters including grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and performance management
Support organisational design and workforce planning activities and work with recruitment team to onboard required personnel in a timely manner

Experience in the construction, transport or engineering sector desirable
Demonstrated experience in coordinating investigations, performance management, disciplinary processes and termination of employment
Ability to work as part of a team and also as an individual, taking initiative to deliver outcomes
Degree or higher in Business, Human Resource Management, Legal, Finance or other associated disciplines
Proven understanding of Employment Law, Employee Relations and National and State regulatory frameworks
3-5 years experience in a generalist human resources position or related discipline
