Contribute to marketing ideas, attend regular events and functions, promote company and product via social media including LinkedIn
Achieve monthly sales target through new and existing channel partner networks
Developing new business through calls, meetings and messages to actively promote and sell the company’s townhomes and detached homes

Polished presentation and communication skills
CRM Management
Stable work history with relatively long tenures is essential
Extensive home building industry experience including at least 5+ years as a BDM/Channel Sales Manager
