Key responsibilities include creating and modifying implementation documents using standard architectural techniques, performing routine architectural assignments, and collaborating with team members on design work. The position may involve attending on‑site visits, field reviews, client and project meetings, assisting with proposals and presentations, and coordinating with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors.
Qualifications require an accredited professional degree in Architecture or a related field with typically 0–3 years of experience. Candidates should be on the path to Architectural Registration, with sustainable design accreditation preferred.
Required knowledge and skills encompass basic proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper, as well as experience with Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape, Navisworks, Dynamo, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the MS Office Suite. Additional expectations include understanding of sustainability guidelines, materials, construction techniques, building codes, QA/QC processes, and strong presentation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
