Description

• Managing financial transactions and records, including bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining general ledgers.
• Processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payment to vendors.
• Preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Assisting with financial audits by preparing documentation, conducting necessary research, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Providing support to other departments by addressing their financial queries, assisting with payroll processing, and collaborating on budget planning and forecasting.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling financial information.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and resolve financial queries or issues.
