This role seeks an experienced, self‑motivated, reliable team player who will support the assigned department, safely build high‑quality homes to specification, and exceed key production targets while maintaining a strong company culture. The employee must keep a safe, organized work area and demonstrate continuous willingness to learn and grow as a leader.
Minimum qualifications include being at least 18 years old, fluent in English, possessing a high school diploma or GED, and having hands‑on experience with power and hand tools. Preferred candidates bring knowledge of manufactured homes or construction, bilingual Spanish ability, analytical problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication.
The position pays $21 per hour and requires lifting up to 50 lb, exposure to varying weather conditions, and the use of personal protective equipment. No travel is required.
