Description

• Report to assigned Department Manager and review daily production goals.
• Read work orders and drawings, pull and stage materials for the department.
• Operate hand and power tools; maintain tool and equipment certifications.
• Lead by example in attendance, safety, quality, and production performance.
• Maintain production pace to meet line roll and schedule targets.
• Promote company culture, teamwork, quality goals, and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Assist other departments as needed according to the production schedule.
• Transfer between departments when necessary and communicate clearly.

Requirements

This role seeks an experienced, self‑motivated, reliable team player who will support the assigned department, safely build high‑quality homes to specification, and exceed key production targets while maintaining a strong company culture. The employee must keep a safe, organized work area and demonstrate continuous willingness to learn and grow as a leader.

Minimum qualifications include being at least 18 years old, fluent in English, possessing a high school diploma or GED, and having hands‑on experience with power and hand tools. Preferred candidates bring knowledge of manufactured homes or construction, bilingual Spanish ability, analytical problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication.

• Demonstrate willingness to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using power and hand tools such as nail guns, utility knives, ladders, and saws.
• Coachable demeanor.
• Knowledge or experience in manufactured homes or construction preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish ability preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
