Perform a basic equipment inspection to ensure that the functions properly
Ensure that safety standards are met
Adhere to the guidelines set forth in Crisdel's Employment Handbook.
Report to work on time, take meal breaks only during the allocated time periods and report back to work until the end of the designated shift.
Perform incidental work items and duties included within other crafts
Drive and maneuver equipment
Maintain a positive working relationship between co-workers and employees of subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and agency individuals working on a Crisdel job site.
Coordinate actions with crew members in response to hand or audio signals
Report malfunctions to supervisors
Work safely while adhering to Crisdel's Safety Program & Guidelines as well as adhering to all federal, state and local rules and regulations.

Excellent hand, eye and foot coordination
Valid driver's license issued within the United States clear of multiple and/or major violations.
3-5 years or more of industry related experience is required for this position, with an emphasis on roads, highways, and bridges
Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 LBS on a regular basis.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Must demonstrate the ability to operate the loader.
Multi-task and set priorities effectively

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, vehicle records check, and criminal background check.
Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required.

Use of sunscreen, long sleeves, and appropriate headgear is recommended.
