Build and maintain strong and effective client/stakeholder relationships.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to financial policies and procedures
Establish effective communication channels to facilitate seamless information flow
Manage project timeline in accordance to project schedules and project cost within the allocated budget.

Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors sub consultants and researchers.
Oversight of engineering design for projects and design packages to meet the requirements of the client.

Minimum Ten (10) years of project management experience in a consultancy firm with multi-disciplinary project management on infrastructure development, large scale coastal engineering works etc.
Ability to allocate resources effectively to optimise project performance in meeting contract objectives.
Able to develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timeliensm, milestones, resources requirements and cost
Team player, able to multi-task and motivating the team members.
Strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire the teams and lead by example providing direction and foster collaborative and productive work environment.
Experience in stakeholders’ engagement
Minimum a Bachelor/master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore.
Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English as well as excellent written skills.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies and best practices. Proficient in developing project plans, managing project schedules, budget and resources, identifying and resolving project risk.
